We’re delighted to be awarded the VisitEngland ‘We’re Good to Go’ industry charter mark. This verifies that our venue meets the Government and public health guidance on COVID-19 and that we have all the required health and safety processes in place to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable visit.
We ask all guests planning to visit us to please respect each other, our employees and our guidelines on maintaining good hygiene and a safe distance between households.
If you, or those that you are close to, displays any symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you postpone your visit.
Tickets
To avoid disappointment pre-book online, only a limited number of tickets will be available at the box office. You will also be asked to give your contact details
Arrival
To help us maintain social distancing and ease customer flow, we ask you to arrive on site no earlier than 30 minutes before your chosen performance
Seating Capacity
We have reduced the seating capacity in the tent to make sure every group is kept safe in line with government standards for social distancing.
Rule of 6
With the legislative introduction of the “Rule of 6” Customers will only be able to buy a maximum of 6 tickets per transaction. Bookings will be sat socially distanced from each other. Customers are also now required to give contact details as part of Track & Trace
Our Artistes and Crew
To avoid any reservations you may have with regards to Social Distancing during the performance, our Artistes and crew have and are isolating together as a “pod” enabling them to interact and perform with each other. All our crew and artistes will be taking bi weekly lateral flow tests.
Entrance / Exits
We will be operating a one way system around the Big Top which will give you access to your seating section. We ask customers not to move freely around the Sabai Pavilion once inside
Masks
In line with government guidelines we ask that all customers wear face masks in our venue unless consuming food or drink.
Temperature Checks
All customers will be temperature checked on entrance to the venue, anyone registering a high temperature will be refused entry

If you have any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19 please do not attend the show
Social Distancing / Signage
Signage has been put into place around the Sabai Pavilion & Site area to help maintain social distancing and direct audiences around the area.
Enhanced Cleaning
The venue will be deep cleaned before and after each performance, with enhanced cleaning throughout the day.
Hand Washing
Hand washing facilities will be available throughout the venue for your convenience
Cashless system
Where possible please use a cashless payments.
